greatest happiness of the whole, and not that of any one class.
Antibodies are proteins which protect the body from
invaders by binding to them and initiating their destruction.
Cytokines are proteins which serve as chemical messengers that tell
the immune cells where to go and what to do. Different types of
cytokines do different specific tasks, like regulating inflammation.
Inflammation happens when the immune cells are working against
invaders, or healing damage to the tissues.
Now, because of the numerous errors centuries ago, there is
a need to have a first priority. We all know, from our tragic
experiences centuries ago, that peace is the first priority – without
peace not much can be done. We focused on peace long ago, and we
are very glad to finally have peace on Earth for a long time.

River, 625 km east of the northeastern Mediterranean Sea, 570 km
southeast of the southeastern Black Sea, 540 km southwest of the

in the middle east Asia. I am a medical researcher, 47 years old,

The complement system is a group of proteins that works
with other cells in the body to defend against invaders and promote
healing from an injury or infection. Lymph nodes are small, beanshaped organs, which filter waste products from the fluid that drains
from the tissues and cells (lymph), while keeping the good
components, like nutrients. There are hundreds of lymph nodes
throughout the body, and they are a vital part of the lymphatic
system.
We all have known for many years that when we had many
countries on Earth, there were plenty of errors and conflicts.
Fortunately, long ago we solved this serious problem and we have
peace – therefore, we all observed that it is much better to have just
one beautiful country – Peaceful Terra, and all the people of the
world are now proud citizens of this country, with total area of over
509 M km2
, and land area over 148 M km2
.
Yes, having just one country, obviously, we don’t have
borders, therefore no related errors and no conflicts, which is
enormously important for all of us.

Our world projects now are on target and on budget, and
also, achieving superior practical results by applying adaptive
project management mathematical techniques.

good friend, and greetings from the people on the banks of Reka
Miass River, 70 km east of the Ural Mountains, elevated 225 m,
1,100 km northeast of the Caspian Sea, in western Asia. I am a
pharmacist 53 years old, married, 2 children, with advanced
technical and management training, and people who know me
decided to propose me for Advisor, then people elected me – at the
end of my 20 months term I joyfully pass the baton to the next
leaders, and I will return to my pharmacy.
The spleen is an organ on the left part of the body, which
stores white blood cells that defend the body from invaders. It also
filters the blood, recycling old and damaged cells to make new ones.
The tonsils and adenoids are located in the throat and nasal passage,
and they can catch invaders (like bacteria or viruses) as soon as they
enter the body. Long ago, there was a recommendation to cut the
tonsils from children, if their tonsils were too often infected, but this
was an error – the tonsils are part of the immune system, and it is
better to have them.
We all know now that there is a need to change for the better
everything, starting with the many old, long, conflicting and
confusing rules, which made life difficult for all, for many centuries.
Actually, it was an irrational situation, in which people were living
under the chains of contradictory rules, arbitrarily interpreted for
rulers and elites’ benefits.
We all are just one big family, with less than 2,000 standards
or rules, on a maximum of 1,000 pages – and all these standards are
established by the people, and be us, the elected Advisers.
All standards or rules proposed by us, Advisers, must be
approved by our 5 assistants (doctors, mathematicians, CEOs,
engineers, and teachers), and for any new rule over 2,000 basic rules
(each rule on at most half a page, total 1,000 pages), at least on old
rule must be eliminated.

All the rules can be changed or eliminated when a majority
of the people, or of us, Advisors, agree, but some fundamental peace
and order standards or rules will remain.

friend, and greetings from the people on the banks of Al-Archa
River, north of the Central Asia’s Tian Shan range, northwest of
Ala-Too mountains, 1,800 km east of the Caspian Sea. I am a
biologist, 49 years old, married, 2 children, with advanced technical
and management training, and people who know me decided to
propose me for Advisor, then people elected me – at the end of my
20 months term I joyfully pass the baton to the next leaders, and I
will return to my laboratory.
Thymus is a small organ located below the neck, which helps
T-cells(a specific type of white blood cell) mature before they travel
elsewhere in the body to protect it. Bone marrow is a soft, fatty tissue
inside the bones, which produces the blood cells necessary for the
body to survive, including white blood cells that support the immune
system.
As mentioned before, for easier administration, our Peaceful
Terra was only administratively divided in 10 simple and friendly
regions, initially of around 800 M people each, simply called R0,
R1,…, R9, which are delimited by meridians (or line of longitudes),
initially with the assistance of the United Nations.
There was a need for a capital for our beloved Peaceful
Terra, but long ago we decided that it is better to have moving
capitals, because the capitals tend to become huge bureaucracies,
with lots of people trying to be there, without much usefulness –
therefore Peaceful Terra has moving capitals, to benefit everybody,
by being closer to people.
We also decided to have for each region a pair of capitals
plus an outside city for assistance, for better and more homogenous
management (all this changes every year). For example, long ago,
the first implementation was:

R0 between meridians 0 and 150 E, capitals: Bern (Switzerland),
Libreville (Gabon), and Oxford (UK).
R1: 150 E – 300 E, Warsaw (Poland), Pretoria (South Africa) and
Miami (FL, USA).

R3: 450 E – 750 E, Astana (Kazakhstan), Karachi (Pakistan), and

Magdeburg (Germany).
R5: 850 E – 1000 E, Krasnoyarsk (Russia), Urumqi (China), and
Avignon (France).
R6: 1000 E – 1150 E, Jakarta (Indonesia), Beijing (China), and

As expected, there were many big differences between the
numbers of people in different regions, in the first implementation
presented above, and also between the populations of different subregions, but this was just the first implementation, which was
necessary to be quickly put in place, and then, very easily, the
delimitations were moved a few kilometers east or west, to reach a
balanced population for each region, and then later a uniform
density of the people on the planet..
You see, because we all are in the same country, it is normal
to modify a little its regions, for better administration, to make
everybody happy.
Of course, there were some difficulties in the beginning, like
in all beginnings, but with calm, patience, perseverance, and hard
work, we improved fast, and now we all enjoy peace, and a much
better life.

friend, and greetings from the people on the banks of Beida River,
1,900 km west from the Yellow Sea, part of the northwest Pacific,
in central-eastern Asia. I am a medical assistant 37 years old,
married, 2 children, with advanced technical and management
training, and people who know me decided to propose me for
Advisor, then people elected me – at the end of my 20 months term
I joyfully pass the baton to the next leaders, and I will return to my
hospital.
The skin is a very important protective barrier that helps stop
germs from entering the body. It produces oils, and releases other
protective immune system cells. Mucosa is a three-layered
membrane, which lines cavities and organs throughout the body. It
secretes mucus that catchesinvaders, like germs, for the body to then
clear out.
Because the regions are too big, each of the 10 regions was
divided by meridians in 10 sub-regions S00, , S99, at the beginning
each with about 80 M people, and then each of the 100 sub-regions
was divided in 10 districts – D000, D001, , D999, at the beginning
each with about 8 M people, and each of the districts have their small
and big cities – and all these delimitations between regions, as well
as between sub-regions, are flexible.
They changed for many years, after each census (every 5
years), for maintaining a balanced number of people in all regions,
and sub-regions.
We used meridians for divisions because they are easy to
use, impartial, and helpful for people with telework, who are so
many these days. Having telework, many people now have a
northern residence and a southern residence, seasonally moving
from one to the other, to avoid extreme cold or heat, and having the
same hour.

We all love our oceans, which are very important – all the
oceans belong to all the regions defined above – therefore the oceans
are well maintained by the regions, to be clean and free of any piracy
or other bad activity – our excellent World Police help when
necessary (accidents, bad weather, etc.).

friend, and greetings from the people on our island in southeast Asia,
between the Indian and Pacific Oceans, just a little north of the
equator. I am an immunity system therapist 48 years old, married, 2
children, with advanced technical and management training, and
people who know me decided to propose me for Advisor, then

Please allow me to start with
Seneca: To govern is to serve, not to rule.
Innate immunity is the protection that people are born with.
The innate immune system is part of the body’s first defense. It
responds to invaders right away by attacking any organism that
shouldn’t be in the body. It doesn’t need prior training to tell the
difference between cells that belong in the body and those that don’t.
The white blood cells involved in innate immunity don’t learn to
recognize certain invaders. They also have no memory of attacking
invaders, and don’t offer protection against specific germs in the
future. Acquired immunity, also called adaptive or specific
immunity, is protection the body acquires over time from exposure
to germs.
Our World Government for our Peaceful Terra, with our
family of many billions of people, has just four levels of world
management. At the local level, when needed, we have one or two
more levels of local managers (town managers, neighborhood
managers – all our levels of management are friendly, helpful, fast,
polite, modest and smart).
Level 1 Management: 1,000 L1 friendly managers, for the
1,000 districts, supervise and assist the mayors and town managers
from their district, for a total of about 0.1% of the world population
in each district. Each of our 1,000 L1 friendly managers are located

in a central city from their districts they could be the mayors of those
cities, but with new responsibilities for the whole district.
Level 2 Management: 100 L2 friendly managers, for the 100
sub-regions, who supervise and assist the 10 L1 managers of the 10
districts of each sub-region, for a total of about 1% of the world
population for each sub-region. These 100 L2 friendly managers
nicely move each month between the two capitals of each of the 100
sub-regions.

There are different types of T lymphocytes (T cells). Helper
